The HUB Building at 40 West Arts
The HUB Building was originally a Denver Drumstick restaurant in the 1970’s and then sat vacant for over 20 years until it was purchased, redeveloped, and opened to the public in June of 2022.
The HUB houses seven local creative businesses and galleries, and creates a true ‘hub’ that embraces the history of Lakewood’s Colfax Avenue as a transportation corridor alongside its future as a multi-modal street with light rail and bus access, and adjacent pedestrian walkways.
The HUB Building anchors 40 West Arts District along Colfax Avenue and provides a space for community to enjoy and embrace the arts.
