40 West Arts Creative District is one of the Denver Metro area’s most eclectic art districts. In the last decade, the neighborhood’s abundance of vintage, repurposed warehouses, and small retail spaces has been transformed into a vibrant arts and design district full of art galleries and art spaces, creative businesses, and boutiques.
First Fridays!
The district is open on every First Friday of the month from 5-9pm with lots of galleries, working studios and more, always free
Free Bus Service!
Bus runs every 7-10 minutes between The HUB Building and the Westside of the district
Colfax Art Crawls!
A few times a year we host a larger First Friday loosely around a theme. In 2026 art crawls are April, June, August, and November
