40 West Connects

40 West Connects provides free and reduced cost programming to the surrounding community. Lakewood West Colfax is historically a corridor that has been underserved by the arts, so 40 West Connects ensures that art and creativity make it to the areas and people that need it the most. This program would not be possible without a partnership with Xcel Energy.

Free to Participants

All programs under the 40 West Connects banner are offered free of charge and open to the public to ensure the broadest access.

Kids & Families

40 West Connects has a focus on growing the next generation of artists, because creative thinkers are problem-solvers and entrepreneurs.

Young at Heart

We also offer programming at local senior centers for our ‘young at heart’ community members, who are less mobile but equally creative.
